About the event
The LHCA is excited to announce our first quarterly Community Meeting of 2023. We will update you on LHCA activities and have representatives from: • The Office of Supervisor Holly Mitchell (SD-2) • The Office of Councilwoman Traci Park (CD-11) • The LA County Sheriff (LASD) • Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) • California Highway Patrol (CHP) • LA County Fire Department (LACOFD) • Inglewood School District (IUSD) • Department of public works (DPW) Ladera Heights Civic Association (LHCA) current initiatives: -Homelessness -Crime Statistics -Neighborhood traffic -Coyote control or safety • Upper Ladera paving project • Ongoing weekly engagement with Marina Sheriff’s leadership • Ongoing engagement with Supervisor Mitchell’s office • Community events (Picnic, mixer, outdoor movie night) • Investigating security patrols (extra paid service)
